#atozchallenge Z is for Zen
First, I have completed the A to Z Challenge, and there were quite a few days when I didn't want to bother or just had no idea what to write. Somehow, I managed to make that work.
Second, I have been stepping out of my comfort zone of my home and office to try and get some sense of well being back. A lot of that is because of the struggles I have with trying to come to terms with my abusive father dying at any given moment, and the other just realizing that my life really needs to get back to the way it used to be.
I'm working on finding my zen. While I do spend time alone, I need to spend that alone time either working or meditating so that my zen can be found. I'd like to get back to doing yoga and just find my center again. In doing so I figure, my joints will feel better and once I am centered and grounded, the eating will become easier.
Finding zen isn't always easy, but it's a challenge I'm willing to accept. I feel my life depends on it.
